Forsingdal Consulting provides expert advisory, technical assistance,
and strategic guidance on Civil Registration, Vital Statistics (CRVS),
and Identity systems. I support governments and development
partners design, implement, and modernize interoperable, rights-based
identity ecosystems aligned with international standards.
15 years operational and technical experience in designing, implementing, and documenting inclusive and interoperable Civil Registration and Identity systems according to international standards and principles. Work on national and global levels.
Extensive knowlegde of international principles and practices on CRVS and ID systems. Work for or collaborate with global and regional stakeholders like World Bank, GFF, UNHCR, UNICEF, UNECA, and Vital Strategies to improve CR and ID knowlegde, performance and documentation. Also got extensivre experience within and with national governments across Africa, Asia and Caribbean. Strong managerial, planning, coordination, and representation skills. Headed the Department of Civil Registration, including the ID Section in Namibia, and led the early reforms of the CR and ID systems. In the past 6 ½ years I have supported the strengthening of CR and ID systems across Africa, Asia and the Caribbean
